Do you REALLY have to choose between almond butter and peanut butter? Is one actually healthier than the other? Well, dietitian Keri Glassman says you can have both!
Since both almond butter and peanut butter have protein and healthy fat, she says, they are equally healthy options.
"The one thing you have to make sure of is that you always go natural," Keri says.
Natural almond butter is generally easier to find than natural peanut butter, but when shopping for peanut butter, Keri says to check the label for added sugars or unhealthy fats. (You don't want those!)
