Hey Rach, I just wanted to thank you personally for helping me get back into shape at the gym. I log 4 miles on the treadmill while watching your show in the morning, It's captivating with all your hot topics and fabulous guests that appear, so before you know it the hour is up and I'm salivating at all the great food you cook.
I especially love the "So you think you can cook?" episodes, they keep me motivated to see what happens.
