On Wednesday's show you said you were taught how to run. Could you explain this to me. In 2007 I was 221 lbs. In Jan. 2009 I was 206 lbs and I used a gym for 2 months to get to 185 lbs. Due to finances, I haven't been able to use a gym, so I have a path I use that is 1 mile and I walk/jog/run it 3 times each morn to make 3 miles. This last week I have been UNUSUALLY sore and am wondering if maybe I am running the wrong way. I want to continue the weight loss for myself and my family, but feeling this way afterwards is just torture.
Can you help me?
