You don't need to be a baker—or turn on your oven!—to make these 3-ingredient No-Bake Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies from Katie Lee Biegel.

Ingredients

  • 24 butter crackers
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate

Yield

Serves: Makes 24 cookies

Preparation

Spread peanut butter onto the back of half of the crackers. Place the rest of the crackers on top of the peanut butter and sandwich them together.

Melt chocolate over a double boiler.

Once chocolate is melted, dip the peanut butter cracker sandwiches into the chocolate to coat. Shake off any excess and place onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Let chocolate harden at room temperature.
