60-Second Snack
Quick to make for pop-in company or a great way to sate late-afternoon hunger pangs.
Ingredients
- 3 slices salami
- Soft garlic and herb cheese
- Basil leaves
- Sun-dried tomato
- 3 pretzel sticks
Yields: 1 serving
Preparation
Spread some garlic and herb cheese on a slice of salami. Slice up a bit of the sun-dried tomato and place it on the cheese. Run your knife through a few basil leaves and sprinkle on top of the tomato. Place a pretzel rod on the edge of the salami and roll it up. Oh my gravy, that's good!
