Cone-noli
For easy versions of everyone's favorite Italian dessert, try this and Rachael's Cannoli Fake-Out.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 6 sugar cones
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Yields: 6 servings
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, mix up the ricotta, cream cheese and powdered sugar and set aside.
Drop a few strawberries into the bottom of each sugar cone. Spoon some of the sweetened ricotta on top of the strawberries and sprinkle the tops with the mini chocolate chips.
