Preparation
Whisk eggs together. Add eggs and all ingredients to a Ziploc® Zip'n Steam® Microwave Cooking Bag. Place in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
Remove omelette from bag. Allow to cool before serving.

- 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped mushroom
- 1 slice ham, chopped
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
