Rocco Dispirito’s Tomato-Ranch Dip
Serve with a variety of vegetable dippers or grilled cheese sticks.
Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1/2 low-fat sour cream
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
Yields: Makes 2 cups
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add the tomato puree, buttermilk, sour cream and onion powder and stir to combine.
