Sunny Anderson's Apple and Raisin Crisp

Ingredients
- 2 Fuji apples, peeled, cored and cut into small dice
- 2 tablespoons golden raisins
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Kosher salt

- For the topping:
- 1/2 cup of your favorite granola, gently crushed
Yields: 2
Preparation
Fill the mugs: Divide ingredients in half between two 12-ounce mugs (1 1/2 cups capacity) and put a tiny pinch of salt in each. Stir until combined.
Top the mugs: Divide granola in half and sprinkle on top of the apples and raisins in each mug.
Zap the crisp! Place mugs in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Remove and allow mug to cool slightly, then eat.
Zapping time: 2-3 minutes
