Sweet-and-Sour Dipping Sauce
Not just a dipper, this sauce is great as a dressing for sliced cucumbers.
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 duck sauce packets
- 1 tablespoon rice wine or white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon water
Yields: about 3/4 cup
Preparation
Combine duck sauce, vinegar, red pepper flakes and water in a small mixing bowl and whisk together. Serve with egg rolls, chicken fingers or whatever you feel like dipping.
