Marc Murphy's Yogurt Mint Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- Almost-empty container of plain Greek yogurt
Yields:
Preparation
Add lemon zest, water and mint to the yogurt container. Stir until combined and yogurt mixture has thinned to a dipping sauce. Serve with pita chips, crudités, etc.
