  • 1 pint orange sherbert
  • 48 vanilla wafer cookies

Preparation

 

 

Line a 24 cup mini-muffin tin with plastic wrap.

 

 

Place a cookie flat side up in each of the muffin cups. Fill with a small scoop of orange sorbet, about a tablespoon then place another cookie on top. Transfer to freezer to firm up.
