  • 1 head cauliflower, divided into florets
  • 1 package store-bought sun-dried tomato pesto

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F.
 
In a large mixing bowl, fold cauliflower and sun-dried tomato pesto until well-combined.
 
Place on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes until crisp.
