When we think of game day food, buffalo wings are definitely at the top of our list. And these are the ultimate version.
What makes them better than the rest? First off, they’re marinated in a ranch-inspired mix of buttermilk, onion powder, dill and garlic, which not only punches up their flavor but also make the meat ultra-tender. Secondly, the secret ingredient addition of cornstarch makes ‘em extra-crispy when they’re fried and helps the spicy buffalo sauce stick to every inch.
