John makes an easy and refreshing Italian cocktail known as the Aperol Spritz to pair with Rach's Pasta Primavera.

Ingredients

  • Aperol
  • 2 orange wedges
  • Sparkling wine, such as Prosecco, Cava or Champagne
  • Ice

Yield

Serves: 2

Preparation

Add Aperol to 2 glasses. Squeeze in the juice of an orange wedge to each, then toss in the wedge. Fill with sparkling wine to taste, then top with ice.
