Rachael prepares her fastest dessert recipe yet when science whiz Dr. Rob Bell of the Australian kids' show SCOPE supplies the ingredients: milk, cream, chocolate, vanilla and liquid nitrogen! "The great thing about nitrogen is it's really cold," he says, as they stir the mixture and it turns to ice. "It makes really nice smooth, creamy ice cream!" Dr. Bell cautions you not to try this at home.
