Kyan Douglas counts down the most requested celeb haircuts of 2011 that are also looks everyone can wear!

Number 3: Kim Kardashian's Long Layers
"Everyone can wear long layers. The thing that really makes Kim's work, though - it's all about that color," Kyan says. "Embracing the brown and really going for it works really well!"

Number 2: Olivia Wilde's Bangs with Long Layers
"Most people have a round or oval face. The line that you get with the bangs with the straight hair creates a structure that offsets the roundness of the face," Kyan explains. "It sort of brings your best features forward, which is what makes it so wearable."

Number 1: Brooklyn Decker's Tousled Bob
"Not only did Brooklyn Decker wear it, but so did Jennifer Aniston and Scarlett Johannson!" Kyan says. Unlike a traditional bob that requires frequent trims, the tousled style looks great as it grows. "You get the longest life out of a bob ever, and if you wake up late and you're in a rush it's just easy. It's like a wash and go kind of a cut!"
