Billy Ray Cyrus may look like a tough guy in his leather jacket and scruffy haircut, but the international star admits he is a softy when it comes to his daughter, Miley. "For me as a daddy and as an artist, to see this little girl grow and become the amazing young woman that she has become has just been the highlight of my life," he gushes. "Just the other night she was playing for the Queen of England!"

He'll meet up with Miley and the rest of his family in London for Christmas and will spread some holiday cheer to his fans on Saturday, Dec. 12 in the Hallmark Channel movie Christmas in Canaan. Rachael asks Billy Ray to win an early holiday gift for the audience by playing a round of "Daddy's Little Girl."
