If it seems like all you hear about is Twitter, there's good reason: roughly 2,000 messages are sent every second as 200 million users around the world have their say on this booming social network. The 140-character messages are sent from computers and mobile devices by people of all ages and even @RachaelRayShow! Twitter Co-founder Biz Stone describes his company's success as a surprise, joking, "Everyone hated it for the first nine months!"

Biz, who you can follow @Biz, says they came up with the idea for Twitter in 2006 and now employ 350 people at their headquarters, where staffers can enjoy yoga classes and coffee bars between meetings. They also get visits from heads of state and celebrities looking to learn how they can best use tweets to communicate. "It lets them have their own voice, it takes the control away from the tabloids and these sorts of things and it lets the celebrity or the politician speak directly to their constituents or their fans," he says. "It really seems to be having a positive global impact, it's just incredibly rewarding."

Twitter is also a fun way to connect to the people around you, so Rachael decides to get the audience involving by offering the first person in the studio who tweets @RachaelRayShow a spot at the kitchen table to taste her new Mac and Cheese with Winter Pesto! Find out who it is and see which celebrity tweets Rachael and Biz during their chat!
