The beautiful Vanessa Minnillo and handsome Nick Lachey are engaged, but as she tells Rachael, they've got a lot more to do before they walk down the aisle. "I always feel irresponsible, and like I’m unprepared for my test at school," she laughs. "We have nothing yet, except for the wedding planner!"

Vanessa says that she'll be handling most of the arrangements, otherwise it could end up looking like a bachelor party. "If I let Nick plan the wedding, it’ll be around some sporting event," she says. "We’d probably have University of Cincinnati Bearcats running around somewhere, and we’d have a big old tailgate party with Miller Light, I’m sure. And I love that about him, too, but I wouldn’t know if I could really leave it to him."
