Bruce Jenner has a very special connection to the number 10: He won a gold medal in the 1976 Olympics for the Decathlon ... and he has 10 children! "My wife and I got married 20 years ago," he explains to Rachael. "She had four [kids] and I had four, so we did our best to blend that family and then we had two more little girls. So it is a Brady Brunch ... plus a few more!"

Two grandchildren have since been added to the clan, and Bruce lays out his strategy for playing grandpa. "Tickle 'em, make 'em laugh, and then send 'em back to their moms!" he jokes. "I've been buying diapers for almost 23 years - I should have taken stock in those things at the beginning!"

Now 60, the former Olympian explains how he keeps in shape these days. "I've never run, really, since the games," Bruce admits. "I ride the bike, work on the golf game, sometimes I'll do a light lifting but nothing really heavy. Mostly it's just cardiovascular stuff; heart and lungs are going to keep you alive, but the size of your bicep really doesn't make that much difference!"

Rachael asks Bruce how he feels about inviting cameras into their lives for their hit reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. "It's the best job in the world," he laughs. "I work out of my house, some days I don't even have to get out of bed to go to work - [the cameras] just show up! And I get to work with all my kids." Joking aside, Bruce remarks that there's also a serious side to the show. "We expose our family to a lot of stuff, but we do it in a very honest way; we deal with the same subjects that everybody deals with."
