Chicken Wings with IPA or American Pale Ale. Since chicken wings pack a punch of flavor, look for a beer to offset that taste, like an IPA. "It complements the blue cheese extremely well, so that is a perfect one."

Pretzels with Lager. Try wheat beer with pretzel sticks or a darker lager for a Bavarian-style pretzel. "It sort of washes your palette clean and really sets it up for a brand new pretzel."

Guacamole and Chips with Amber Beer. "The amber lager works really well because it has a little bit of sweetness to it and so when you have the saltiness to it and then the heat it balances it really well."
