Build a Bubbly Bar
Tip #1: Get tasty add-ins to drop in each glass and add flavor. "We've got dried cranberries, candied ginger, pomegranate seeds - it makes it really pretty. If you want to be really festive you could add absinthe or chambourg," Alyssa says. "If you add dried cranberries, the cranberries will also plump up and so then you can nibble on it later. It's delicious! It's pretty, it's fun, it's festive."
Tip #2: Choose a variety of sparkling wines from around the world and toast throughout the night when it is midnight in different countries.
Australia: Taltarni Burt Taché
France: Louis Bouillot Cremant de Bourgogne Brut
Italy: Rosa Regale Brachetto d’Aqui
California: Gloria Ferrer Brut
New York: Onabay Blanc de Blancs
Michigan: L. Mawby “Jadore”
Tip #3: Get kid-friendly add-ins like pop rocks or pomegranate juice for sparkling cider, such Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple Cider or Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple-Pomegranate.
