As the coach’s wife on Friday Night Lights, Connie Britton is a lone female in a man’s world, but that’s just fine with this star. She tells Rachael it’s “heaven” to be surrounded by all the guys on the set. “They treat you like a princess,” she says. But Connie admits that she's not always treated like royalty. “Kyle [Chandler] is the worst about practical jokes and I am the most gullible person on the planet, which makes it all the more enjoyable for him to play practical jokes on me.”

Connie says she tried to get him back by asking the production crew to fake a Saturday shoot which would prevent him from getting home to his family. “I'm like, ‘This is great -- I’m getting it right where it counts with the family.’” But when Kyle told his family they were so upset he considered placing a call to the network executives. “Suddenly I’m turning white panicking like he’s going to call the head of NBC because he’s going to have to work on Saturday,” Connie says.

She decided to tell him the truth and says that although he appreciated the joke, he made her tell his wife, and that's when it backfired. “She said, ‘Connie my children are crying right now," Connie explains. "So he got me anyway. It’s just not fair.”
