Chinese Cooking Lesson in "Rachael's Loft"
Chef Ching-He Huang drops by "Rachael's Loft" to teach a viewer how to whip up a quick Chinese food meal at home to save on her takeout bills and still enjoy this delicious cuisine. First, she suggests stocking up on these five essential ingredients: light and dark soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese 5-spice powder, rice vinegar and dry sherry or rice wine. Then try one of her recipes for Yangzhou Fried Rice or Oyster Sauce Chicken with Bok Choy!
