These are all things that change the way your genes behave because your genes aren't just static; they tell your body to do things."

Corinne and Cara, 22-year-old identical twins, describe themselves as "party animals" and a "blast in a glass." They are beginning to worry that their smoking, drinking and fast food habits will eventually catch up to them.
