After eight seasons on Will & Grace, Debra Messing still cracks up when she sees the show in reruns. "I'm channel surfing and then all of a sudden I'll be like, 'Oh! There we are," she says. "I'll be like, 'OK that was 10 years ago because my hair is a poodle .... There are jokes I don't even remember ever saying. I still laugh out loud."

She returned to TV playing a newly-single mom whose husband left her for a younger woman in the USA Network series The Starter Wife. "There's a little anger, but it's controllable and we pick up the series with her not being so angry and starting over," Debra explains. "Everything is new and it's really fun." The redheaded star followed up the series by playing John Leguizamo's wife in Nothing Like the Holidays. "It's about a Puerto Rican family -- and me," she says. "Culture clash!"

Rachael then challenges Debra to play a round of "The Ex Factor" and the star swiftly matches up celebrities including Jessica Simpson, Ivana Trump and Denise Richards with their ex-husbands. The prize? The whole audience gets The Starter Wife t-shirts and a copy of Will & Grace season eight on DVD.
