Get John's recipe for Fryer Turkey Marinade:
Fryer Turkey Marinade
8 ounces of water
8 ounces of white vinegar
4 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of Butter Buds
4 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
4 teaspoons of fine black pepper
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix water and vinegar together, then add blended spices. Mix well.
