When the five young chefs present their two-tier carrot cake for dessert, Rachael reveals that she has something for them in return for all of their hard work at Cafe Una Notte. "We're giving you each a $10,000 scholarship for your first year of school so you can go anywhere you want," she says as the teens react in shock. "Congratulations! We salute you."
