Fans of The Hills know all about Lauren Conrad's first dates and teary-eyed breakups, but her best buddy and fellow cast mate Lo Bosworth's intimate details were often curiously missing from the show. "I wasn’t that comfortable putting my relationship out there in such a big way," Lo says. She decided it is time to share her stories in her new book The Lo-Down. "It's kind of a sneak peek to what really happened with all those boys, so it's fun!" She is also dishing out dating tips and shares her favorite piece of advice. "You can't compromise who you are in a relationship, because if you do that it's going to fail," she says. "The biggest relationship lesson that I have learned so far is that you have to believe in yourself!"
