Women have been giggling, gasping and blushing over the Cosmopolitan quiz since 1970 when it debuted, becoming one of this magazine's go-to pages. "It's iconic, readers just love it," says Cosmo Editor-in-Chief Kate White. While the sex and relationship questions are intended for women, she's found guys also check it out. "They say it's like having the other team's playbook!" And, if you think the U.S. magazine is saucy, she says you won't believe what's printed in some of the other versions around the world. "In Australian Cosmo they can go much father than us," she says, joking, "there are some naughty girls in Australia!"
