Emily Hughes brings along the hot sauce and gets some advice from Rach. "You are the 2007 National U.S. National Silver Medalist and your sister, Sara Hughes, is a 2002 Olympic gold medalist," Rachael says. "Now you've got to one-up your sister! You're going to have to get two golds in 2010."

Emily started skating when she was 4, and says she's happy to follow through: "Two golds sounds good to me!"
