On the hit show Smash, Megan Hilty plays a chorus girl who is finally about to get her break after 10 years. But as she tells Rachael, her real-life rise was a bit different. "I was lucky enough to have a showcase out of the university that I went to, Carnegie Mellon," Megan recalls. "We did this mass audition for casting agents and directors before we graduated and I essentially got my Wicked audition from that, and ended up stepping into the stand-by role for Glinda."
