He's played some of the toughest characters on film, but does Samuel L. Jackson call all the shots at home too? He tells Rachael, "I grew up as an only child in a house full of women -- they didn't force me to do a lot, but I had no say about what happened. And once I was an adult, I was in a house full of women again because it's just my wife, my daughter and me. So I went on location a lot because that's where I get to tell people what to do. I get to order sandwiches and make people do stuff. When I'm at home, I can't do that. That's one of the reasons I go to work a lot!"

Samuel, starring in the movie Jumper, explains that his daughter went to cooking school in New York, but he and his wife rarely get to taste her creations. "She has a place in Greenwich Village," he says, "but we live somewhere else, so she doesn't come by and cook for us -- but she doesn't invite us over either!" Rachael attempts to change that: "Did you hear that, Zoe?" she says. "That's a subtle hint -- dad would like a few more invitations!"
