For many people, getting singled out by controversial news host Bill O'Reilly is not something to smile about, but recently he spotlighted Rachael on his show by naming her a "Patriot" for her work to provide families with affordable recipes. "Look, it's hard times," Bill explains. "If people watch your program and take your advice, they can eat healthy and save some money."

Bill recently celebrated 100 months at number one in cable news, but he's well aware that not everyone is a fan. "I realize that I'm obnoxious," he smiles. "I understand that. But you never know what's going to happen on The Factor. You never know, and that's what people tune in for."

During the 2008 campaign, Bill sat down with then Senator Barack Obama. "It was the toughest interview he's ever done," he tells Rachael, "because we went in, respectfully, [with the mindset], 'Look, you're going to be in charge of our lives here, and I want to see what kind of stuff you have.' See, we're not rooting for anybody in any party. We're just trying to hold them accountable so they don't hurt us -- and we got hurt over the last four or five years."

Bill used this same no-nonsense approach in his early years as a high school teacher, introducing himself to his students with the same authority as Sydney Poitier did in In the Heat of the Night. Bill explains, "Sydney Poitier comes in and he basically says, 'You're going to give me respect or you're going to have a hard time here,' and that's exactly what I did. I took Sydney Poitier's scene and I looked them in the eye, and 90 percent of kids will respond to that. Ten percent won't -- there may be problems with those -- but the 90 percent did respond and I really thought it was one of the highlights of my life."

Rachael turns the tables and puts Bill in the hot seat for a round of "Going Too Far?" Watch the video to see Bill's take on recent controversial headlines, and tell us what you think below!
