When chef Mario Batali stops by Rachael's kitchen, he comes bearing gifts and exciting news! First, he shares his recipe for Grilled Portobellos with Rucola and Parmigiano and gives Rachael's audience a copy of his new book, Italian Grilling.
Finally, Mario announces a new competition -- Mario's Ultimate Grilling Challenge. "You're going to submit up to a 3-minute video demonstration of your favorite grilling recipe.
