Guy Fieri has always had strong opinions about food. As a kid, he asked so many questions about his mom's dinner choices, that when he hit 10, she invited him to take over the kitchen for a meal! Years after preparing that successful steak dinner for his family, Guy found a career in food. For him, food is still mainly about family. "To this day, I cook to impress my mom and dad," he says sweetly. "If my mom will take the leftovers home, I did good! If my mom doesn't take the leftovers home, I'm back to the drawing board."

Since his first recipe was a steak, Guy is showing Rach one of his favorite ways to prepare the dish: Bloody Mary Flank Steak!
