We pass gas 14 to 21 times a day, and yet when that odor starts wafting it's an embarrassment no one wants to discuss! "It's totally normal," gastroenterologist Roshini Raj says reassuringly. "It comes from two places: one is the air that we swallow, and then there's air that's produced or gas that's produced in our intestines when bacteria reacts with the food that we eat. There are a lot of foods that we all kind of know produce gas like beans, cabbage, cauliflower, but there are some things that people might not really recognize that cause gas, things like chewing gum, diet candies ... using straws."

While you may not be able to prevent the occasional flatulence, three viewers are testing products to see if they can conceal the odor: Gas Neutralizing Underwear, Subtle Butt Adhesive Gas Absorbing Pants and the GasBGon Flatulence Filter Seat Cushion.
