"I've Never Had a Birthday Party!"

By the time most people turn 40, they've celebrated quite a few birthday parties of their own. But 40-year-old Janice has never had a birthday bash! "My mom was a single mom of six girls," Janice explians, "and I was the baby. Money was really tight and the priorities weren't big parties." These days, Janice still hasn't had a proper celebration because she focuses all her attention on her 8-year-old daughter Jessica, making sure her child has the parties she never had.

Rachael decides that this special woman has gone party-less long enough, and Colby announces that her surprise birthday party begins now! The celebration starts with a personal birthday video message from Billy Ray Cyrus (who also shares a birthday with Rachael). Then, Janice's family and friends shock her by joining the party in Rachael's studio. They gather around their loved one while Rachael presents her with one final surprise that leaves her speechless -- $40,000 from American Express Gift Cards in honor of her 40th birthday!

"I'm making a rule," Rachael tell Janice, "this forty grand is only to be spent on you!"
