Chris: "This Christmas I'm cooking for my extended family and it's getting harder and harder, because I have many nieces and nephews," she says. "They're becoming more vegetarians and vegans so it's getting really hard for me to find some new and exciting ways to present food that caters to their lives." We're giving her the Celebration Roast by Field Roast to try. It is a handmade, vegetarian stuffed roast made from wheat, vegetables and seasonings that can be served hot or cold.
Eric: "I'm usually a pretty adventurous foodie," Eric says. "When I'm baking for the holidays, I really like to go for a different, exciting dessert, and I always love a good cocktail with my desserts." He's testing the Whipped Lightning Pumpkin Pie Whipahol, which is a whipped cream infused with alcohol for hot drinks, desserts and other treats.
Joanne: "On Christmas Day, I have about 45 people at my house. It's a huge undertaking," Joanne says. "I love to do it, but anything that will let me spend more time with my family and less time in the kitchen cooking would be great." She is trying B&M Bread in a Can, a savory bread that comes in a can.
