Many undergarments are designed to help women "strap it down" or "push it up," but as Kyan Douglas from TLC's 10 Years Younger explains, men also have their problem areas. "Guys are just as body conscious as women are," he says, "and there's always that 10 pounds that no matter what you do, it won't go away." "My cookie dough stomach"

Joe, 32, says that despite losing a lot of weight since adolescence, there's still one band of skin around his waist that refuses to tighten up. Tired of this issue affecting his self-esteem, Joe admits, "If I could find something that could help me hide my stomach problem, I do think I could be a little bit more confident and feel really good about myself."

Joe tries the The Belly Buster Girdle, which is a girdle for a man -- or a 'mirdle.' "The idea is that it just holds in your tummy and love handles," Kyan explains.

"I've got no butt"

Greg, 29, likes what he sees in the mirror -- until he turns around. "There's just nothing good about it," he says about his butt. Despite working out and exercising, Greg says that his backside still has the muscle tone of veal -- just kind of frumpy. "If I were happy with my butt," he says, "the world would know no limits."

To help combat Greg's "skinny white butt syndrome," Kyan gives him a padded butt boxer brief. "You know when you're going through an airplane," Kyan says, "and you're in coach and you see those nice fluffy business class seats? Well, this is like an instant upgrade!"

"My man boobs"

Brett, 42, says that although he put on sympathy weight during his wife's pregnancy, "There's really no excuse for having man boobs." He isn't happy with his appearance, and longs to wear tighter fitting clothes. "I would love to throw something on that immediately made me look fit and toned," he says.

Kyan gives Brett the Ultimate Chest Binder. "It's just meant to compress the upper part of the body," he explains, "so that your man boobs are flatter and firmer and tighter."
