How did Rachael end up in a cage? It's payback time for Survivor host Jeff Probst. "I've been here several times and every time I'm here you put me in some kind of challenge," Jeff tells Rachael. "The tables have been turned."

To get out of "jail," Rachael has to assemble a fishing rod long enough to reach a key which will unlock the bamboo door before Jeff cooks a grilled cheese sandwich and the audience wins the latest February Favorite. "If this burns, America's favorite cook will be known as burning a grilled cheese," Jeff taunts Rachael. But if she makes it out in time the audience wins the latest February Favorite! Rachael accepts the challenge with a clever request: "Are you going to flip the grilled cheese because I'll get double the time."

With a little help from an audience member, Rachael makes it out just in the nick of time. The two of them call a truce and then Rachael wants to know about the 16th season of the hit show, which pits former contestants against the newcomers.

"I think the people who go on the show once they're home they realize, 'I just did something I never thought I could do. I lived on my own. I built a shelter. I caught fish' ... it's a life-changing experience in a lot of ways for people."
