Rachael's Big Block Party kicks off with a bang when Jenny McCarthy returns to her native city. "Sweet home Chicago!" she yells to the welcoming crowd. Rachael wastes no time getting the scoop on Jenny's man Jim Carrey. "Can you imagine the first time you bring Jim Carrey home to meet mom?" Rachael laughs. "He didn't talk out of his ass, if that's what you're asking me!" jokes Jenny, referring to Jim's hilarious Ace Ventura shenanigan.

As funny as Jim is on-screen, Jenny reveals that he's a true gentleman at heart. "He has taken on me and my son when we were at our worst time," she beams. "He is everything I ever dreamed a man could be. And my mom loves him to pieces!" Jenny's 7-year-old son Evan has also become a huge fan of Jim's. "I just had him watch Dumb & Dumber for the first time," Jenny tells Rachael, "because he's getting into that age when farts are funny. Later on, we were all having dinner and he looked over at Jim and said, 'Jim, you are hilarious!'"

On a more serious note, Jenny opens up about her battle with weight, which reached its peak when she weighed 211 pounds. "I was carrying a baby," she sheepishly explains, "but the baby wasn't 80 pounds!" Jenny admits that she used her pregnancy as an excuse to eat, but after she gave birth the weight didn't come off so easily. "I didn't understand portion control; I didn't know how to stop," she says. Finally when she saw that her mother had lost 30 pounds on Weight Watchers, Jenny decided to give the program a try. "I started going to meetings and within six months I got to my goal weight!"

She's also proud of the program's "Lose for Good" campaign, which helps fight hunger by donating money as members take off weight. "Last year, in six weeks their members lost four million pounds and raised one million dollars!" The funds from the campaign go to Share Our Strength and Action Against Hunger, which are also partners with Rachael's Yum-o! organization. "So if you were ever thinking of joining Weight Watchers," Jenny says, "now is the time because you are giving back!"
