Season 4 of Keeping Up with the Karsdashians may be over, but the drama between Khloé and her sister Kourtney's boyfriend Scott Disick still makes headlines. Khloé updates Rachael on her relationship with her baby nephew's dad, whom she once slapped on camera. "Every day is different," she says. "I do think baby Mason has changed Scott for the better. I think he is trying to be more responsible. He is a good dad, but I think at first it was so shocking... he was really afraid to even hold baby Mason." Khloé admits that she's had to become more accepting of Scott's role in the family. "I had to realize from my mom and Kim, he is making the changes so I have to accept it and not be so overprotective."

Khloé made headlines herself with her whirlwind romance to NBA star Lamar Odom, and while the 30-day courtship may have been unconventional, Lamar did follow the traditional custom of getting permission for her hand in marriage. "He asked my mom if he could marry me - he won my mom over," Khloé says. "My mom and Bruce [Jenner] got married 5 months after being with each other and they've been married for 19 years, so my mom understood the fast-paced romance."

Rachael asks Khloé if she still feels like a newlywed after almost half a year of marriage. "Lamar is so romantic," Khloé beams. "He sends me flowers, does really cutesy things, sends me sweet little text messages ... Now that I have a man like that, I appreciate it so much more. I never knew men could be like that - he's a keeper!"

This past Decmeber, Khloé became an aunt when her sister Kourtney gave birth to little Mason Dash. Rachael wants to know if witnessing that birth had any effect on Khloé's own biological clock. "I feel I like I have so much pressure to have a baby ... and Lamar wants a baby too!" she says. "We haven't had a honeymoon yet, so I just want to enjoy one summer where he has off and we can enjoy each other, just lie on a beach and drink a couple of mimosas and have fun! If I were to get pregnant I would love it, but I'm 25 and I'm not rushing for that now."

Khloé makes Rachael blush when she reveals her husband's crush - Rachael! "Lamar thinks you're really sexy!" she shares. "Lamar has had the biggest crush on you for years. He knows more about you than the average human knows about anybody - it's a little weird!"
