When viewer Bill Ereneta decided to make Rachael's recipe for Yakitori Noodle Bowls, little did he know that she would be surprising him with a phone call to see if he enjoyed it. "Very much so," he tells her. "I've been to Japan, so I was trying to recreate some of that, and that [recipe] was great. I have it all the time!" Rachael's got another surprise for Bill -- $500 to buy groceries. But Bill explains that he's likely donate the money to his local community theaters. "That's terrific," Rachael says. "That's the way to pay it forward!"
