Kris Jenner's Christmas Courtroom
At the start of the holiday season, Kris Jenner shared her recipe for Sweet Potato Soufflé with us, so Rach can't wait to find out how the queen of the Kardashians will follow up that tradition for Christmas. "When I was a young girl, I decided really early on exactly what my holiday traditions were going to be," Kris tells Rachael. "I imagined every Christmas Eve we would have this party and Santa would come and elves and carolers ... So every Christmas Eve, I have a huge party and Santa comes and you know, he’s the real Santa!"
She also makes sure to send a beautiful holiday card with a family photo, which is no easy group to organize in a blended family with 10 busy children and one grandchild. Sometimes Kris has to get a bit creative to get a great shot of everyone, like last year when the picture was taken at her daughter Khloe's wedding to Lamar Odom. "The one where I looked the best was the one with Ryan Seacrest in it, so I sent it out as my card and didn’t tell anybody!" Kris admits. "My kids all called me one by one and were like, 'Why is Ryan Seacrest in our Christmas card?!'”
When it comes to the gifts, she says each of her daughters has their own routine for their wish list. "Kim registers," Kris says. "Khloe is the easiest because she gets so excited and Kourtney makes a list and e-mails it to all of us!" But when it comes to her own wish list, Kris admits she took a different approach this year. "I was worried that nobody was going to get me like a really great Christmas present that I would really love, so I went out and I bought my own and I’m actually going to put it under the tree!" she says. "I bought myself a pink Vespa motorcycle."
Since she is so great at sorting out her own clan's holiday plans, Rachael asks Kris to help the audience make some decisions about gifts and where to spend the holidays.
