Rachael also has some dish for Lara about her magazine. "Not only do we take a bite out of a life at Every Day with Rachael Ray," she says, "but we're taking less of a bite out of the environment. Beginning with the November issues, our magazine will use 85% recyled fibers, and we save over 11,500 trees per issue!" Based on 10 issues, that's 115,000 trees a year!
