A lot of people are using egg whites to cut down on cholesterol and still enjoy an omelet. "Given a choice on a menu I often order them myself," Rachael says. "They're really high in protein, but for me there's not as much of a fulfillment of flavor." What to do? "Salsa my friends! Keep it on hand at all times." Just add veggies and the spicy sauce to the dish and you can enjoy flavor and you're favorite pair of jeans.
