The last time Mario Batali visited Rachael's kitchen, he announced the launch of his Ultimate Grilling Challenge, and invited people to send in videotapes of their best grilling recipes. Now Mario is back to announce the winner, who will be joining Rachael and him for a trip to the ultimate tailgating party at the Texas Motor Speedway. Congratulations, Jim Webster of Tampa, FL!

Mario tells Rachael about another trip he recently took, which is documented in the PBS series Spain ... On the Road Again, and now in the book, Spain: A Culinary Road Trip. "Gwyneth Paltrow and I drive around Spain with [food writer] Mark Bittman and [Spanish actress] Claudia Bassols," he explains. "They tell us where to go and then they just lead us into these places. It's not really a reality show, but it's kind of like a roadshow -- we have no script, we have no text ... we just talk about the stuff that we taste or see."

And Mario's got a secret to share about his traveling companion: "One thing you may not know by looking at Gwyneth Paltrow," he says, "is that she eats like a truck driver! The way she stays so thin is she exercises literally three hours a day."
