Matt & Amy Roloff return to Rachael's kitchen to help her prepare a fall classic, Autumn Harvest Chili, and to share a preview of the upcoming season of their hit reality series, Little People, Big World. Matt explains that one of the highlights was his trip to Iraq, where he visited a family with dwarf children who were in desperate need of medical care. "It's a really adorable family," Matt says, "and we were just blessed that we were able to go over there and give them a hand and help them out."
